Combining these two statistics, it can be determined that the average American driver spends more than 4.5 years of his/her life in a vehicle. Providing personalized connected experience during this time spent in the vehicle can increase productivity, entertainment, and happiness while decreasing stress.
All drivers seek information when they’re on the road like which route to take, weather forecast, suggestions on point of interest many of them consider all of this to be extremely vital. This is needed to ensure they reach their destination smoothly and without unnecessary distress. Some drivers would like their cars to recommend and book one of their favourite restaurants. Others have called for push notifications that would alert them of live delays on their route and for a car that would then suggest a faster alternative journey.
